American Idol finalist Megan Joy will host the first of what will be an annual "All American Idol" competition for Bethel Foundation in Oklahoma City this fall.
"The foundation was recently contacted by Megan Joy from the Fox Network's American Idol Season 8," reports the foundation. "Megan expressed her desire to assist in raising money for the organization that helps get single mothers back on their feet.
"This event will not only increase funds and heighten awareness for Bethel Foundation, but also give upcoming artists a chance to display their talents and take the next step in their career."
The grand prize package is said to be worth more than $5,000 and includes a one-year contract with an entertainment consulting firm, a 10-song demo and $500 cash. Sphere: Related Content
