Former American Idol judge Paula Abdul will host VH1's "Divas" special in September, it has been announced.
Abdul tweeted on Monday night: "Hi guys! i'm really excited 2 announce ill b hosting this year's "Vh1 Divas"!The show will be live on Sept 17th @ 9 pm EST."
Miley Cyrus, Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis, Adele and Jordin Sparks are all expected to perform on the show that will air live from the Brooklyn Academy of Music Howard Gilman Opera House in New York.
